GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- I reserve the right to display the work I create for you, the client, as part of my portfolio. This includes my website, social media pages and private folders shown to prospective clients. If online publication of images is not acceptable, an additional fee will be charged. Exceptions may be considered based on context.
- If I get an opportunity to display any image of you, the client, as part of a photo exhibition, a model release & consent form will be sought from you at the time.
- A 50% advance is mandatory for confirming any shoot. The advance amount can be paid in phases depending on the shoot date. Refunds due to cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Print deliverables will only be undertaken as collaterals to photo projects.
- Packages are inclusive of intra-city transit unless mentioned otherwise. Travel and accomodation costs outside of Chennai must be covered by the client.
